Biography

Melisa Perez is a partner in the firm’s corporate group.  Melisa's practice focuses on assisting privately-held companies and their owners in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, securities offerings, contract negotiations, equity incentive arrangements, resolution of owner disputes and other corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters.  She also negotiates employment and separation agreements on behalf of both companies and executives and advises start-up companies on business formation and planning matters.  Prior to joining Palmieri Tyler, Melisa was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate counseling of public companies.
