Biography

Mr. Cole is an Of Counsel of Palmieri Tyler. He has successfully handled a number of business and real estate litigation matters and he specializes in eminent domain cases. A portion of his practice is devoted to appellate work. Mr. Cole has represented property and business owners against various public entities, recovering condemnation awards far in excess of the public agencies' initial offers.
