COLLEGE OF THE DESERT LOOKS TO EXPAND IN PALM SPRINGS MALL

Kelly Moody of KESQ and CBS 2 Local News in Palm Springs interviewed Michael Leifer, a partner in the Eminent Domain Practice Group, about College of the Desert’s plans to expand its campus in the Palm Springs Mall.  Mr. Leifer told Kelly that “The College hasn’t approached us with any kind of proposal to lease or co-develop the property, which is a disappointment.”  Mr. Leifer represents the owner of the Palm Springs Mall, who lives in China, and isn’t looking to sell the property.  http://www.kesq.com/news/College-of-the-Desert-looks-at-legal-options-to-expand-in-Palm-Springs-Mall/39712776
