March of Dimes held a Signature Chefs Auction on September 26, 2013, at the Westin South Coast Plaza. The lead Chef for the event was Seakyeong Kim of Charlie Palmers. Other chefs included Takashi Abe of Bluefin, Ryan Adams of Three Seventy Common Kitchen + Drink and many more. Palmieri, Tyler, a gourmet sponsor of the event, helped March of Dimes raise more than $270,000 to protect babies in our community and beyond. Richard A. Salus is a Board Member and pro bono legal counsel for the Orange County, California Chapter of the March of Dimes.
