Snow Speaks about Financial Planning to Asian American Senior Citizen Service Center

Donna Snow gave a presentation on the topic of elder law at a recent Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center event.    She discussed legal issues that are important to senior citizens planning their estates such as conservatorships, advance health care directives and powers of attorney for financial matters.   She also reviewed essential estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, and payable/transfer on death designations.   Ms. Snow incorporated information about real property and personal property as well as the difference between tangible and intangible personal property and why it is important in estate planning.  Donna Snow is a partner of Palmieri, Tyler, who practices in the Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation group.
