Scott R. Carpenter

Mr. Carpenter is a partner of the firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University (B.A., 1985) and his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (J.D., 1989). Mr. Carpenter externed for the Honorable J. Spencer Letts, United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Carpenter is experienced in the area of real estate, business law and contract disputes and transactions. He has represented the firm's clients in all aspects of litigation including settlements, trials and appeals. Mr. Carpenter is also experienced in the field of mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Carpenter is a member of the American and Orange County Bar Associations.
