Don Fisher

Mr. Fisher is a partner of the firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1974) and his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D., 1980), where he was Associate Editor of the California Law Review.

In addition to Mr. Fisher's business and real estate litigation practice, he has expertise in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, construction and landlord-tenant law.

Mr. Fisher is a member of the American and Orange County Bar Associations, and has served as a panelist for the Continuing Education of the Bar's Programs on Mechanic's Lien Law.
