Norman J. Rodich
Mr. Rodich has experience in both state and federal courts. He has represented a variety of clients in a wide range of legal areas, including construction defect, real estate litigation, unfair competition, employment litigation, contract actions, insurance, business torts and partnership litigation.
Mr. Rodich has supplemented his general business litigation experience with significant work in the construction defect and insurance coverage areas. Mr. Rodich has been very successful in settling suits on behalf of developers and general contractors with the participation of insurance carriers.
Mr. Rodich is a member of the American and Orange County Bar Associations. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California and is Statewide Chair of the Litigation Section's Education Committee. In addition, Mr. Rodich is the founder of and Chair of The Litigation Section's "Law Suits" statewide charitable clothing donation program. Mr. Rodich has also served on the Orange County Bar Association Education Committee, and lectured on civil procedure and construction litigation.
