Jason E. Burnett

Mr. Burnett is an associate of the firm.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside (B.S., 1999, with honors) and his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (J.D., 2003).

Mr. Burnett currently practices in both the corporate and real estate departments.  His practice includes drafting real estate transaction documentation (including residential and commercial purchase, sale, and lease matters), LLC and corporation documentation (including the formation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs with sophisticated, specifically tailored governing documents), documentation for the sale of businesses, franchise registration and sale documentation, as well as drafting and review of other assorted general business contracts.
