Ryan M. Easter

Mr. Easter is an associate of the firm. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley (A.B. 1996) and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. 1999). Mr. Easter specializes in all areas of corporate, real estate and taxation matters.

Mr. Easter's corporate practice includes general business representation, formation, capitalization and operation of joint ventures, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, as well as simple and complex merger and acquisition transactions at all market levels.

Mr. Easter's real estate practice includes representation of landlords and tenants in residential, commercial and industrial leases, representation in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as representation of lenders and security holders. Mr. Easter also advises clients in all areas of individual, corporate, partnership, and property taxation.

Mr. Easter is a member of the State Bar of California; the United States Federal Court, Central District of California; the United States Tax Court; the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Business and Corporate Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
