RYAN M. PRAGER

Mr. Prager is an associate of the firm. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming (B.S., 1999, with honors) and his law degree from Syracuse University (J.D., 2002). Since joining the firm, Mr. Prager has focused on corporate matters.

Mr. Prager is a member of the State Bar of California, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
