Alan H. Wiener

Mr. Wiener is a founding partner of Palmieri, Tyler.  He has specialized in corporate, partnership and tax law for approximately 30 years and has been involved in the purchasing, selling, financing and/or reorganizing of many businesses, including more than 100 merger and acquisition transactions.  He is skilled at negotiating complex business transactions, and has broad experience working with early stage and middle market clients, as well as major established companies.  Mr. Wiener has lectured extensively on legal aspects of business transactions.

Mr. Wiener received his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1963, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and his L.L.B. from Stanford University in 1966.
