Ronald M. Cole

Mr. Cole is a partner of the firm. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A. 1975) and received his law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles (J.D. 1990). Prior to law school, Mr. Cole worked in the public sector in the field of public transportation and state highway financing, and served as a staff director for the Orange County Transportation Commission (now Orange County Transportation Authority).

Mr. Cole has successfully handled a number of business and real estate litigation matters specializing in eminent domain cases. A portion of his practice is devoted to appellate work.

Mr. Cole has represented property and business owners against various public entities, recovering condemnation awards far in excess of the public agencies' initial offers.

Mr. Cole is a member of the Orange County, California State and American Bar Associations, and a member of the business litigation section of the Orange County Bar Association.
