In this regard, six of our forty lawyers practice primarily in these areas representing both public agencies and private property owners. Although the practice emphasizes condemnation litigation, our government litigation attorneys have handled a wide variety of matters involving land use, regulatory takings (for and against different public agencies), inverse condemnation and lease renewal valuations. Geographically, our practice has been concentrated in the Southern California counties. However, we have also handled several matters in Northern California and in neighboring states.
