Ms. Wolf is an associate with the firm. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno (B.A., 1975) and her law degree from the University of Southern California (J.D., 1980).
Ms. Wolf practices in the estate planning/probate department of the firm. Her work in estate planning includes estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning. She also handles trust administration and probate, and the preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Other areas of her practice include conservatorships, guardianships, and the representation of non-profit, tax exempt organizations.
Ms. Wolf is a member of the Orange County Gift and Estate Planning Advisory Council, American Cancer Society, and the Trusts and Estates sections of the Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. In addition to her professional affiliations, Ms. Wolf is involved with various civic and charitable organizations. |
