JAMIE LEE

Jamie Lee is an associate of the firm.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley (B.A., 1997, with highest honors) and her law degree from Loyola Law School (J.D., 2001, LLM Tax, 2004).

Ms. Lee practices in the Estate Planning and Administration Department of the firm.  Her practice focuses on estate matters including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, as well as administration of trust and probate estates.  She has prepared court documents for probate and trust administration, handled preparation of estate and gift tax returns, and dealt with the County Assessor's Office and the Assessment Appeals Board regarding property tax disputes over change in ownership and valuation issues.  Ms. Lee also has experience working with trustees and officers of charitable organizations in obtaining tax exempt status.

Ms. Lee is a member of the State  Bar of California, and the Orange County Bar and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
