James E. Wilhelm

Mr. Wilhelm is a founding partner of Palmieri, Tyler. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University at Long Beach (B.A., 1964) and his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (J.D., Order of the Coif, 1968).

For over 30 years, Mr. Wilhelm has practiced law exclusively in the area of estate planning and estate administration. He is one of the most well-renowned and leading attorneys in his field in Orange County. The department's large client base is testament to his expertise as well as his dedicated "hands-on" approach to assisting his clients.

Mr. Wilhelm is a member of the Estate Planning Section of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of the American Bar Association. He also has been involved with many civil and charitable organizations in Orange County.
