Mr. Ghan is a partner of Palmieri, Tyler. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 1974) and his law degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California (J.D., 1977).
Mr. Ghan has practiced real estate law in southern California for over 25 years. He represents homebuilders, land developers and commercial property users in the acquisition and sale of properties, financings, subdivisions, project documentation and work with regulatory agencies. Mr. Ghan also represents landlords and tenants in commercial and industrial leases, and landowners with regard to environmental matters. His clients include both public and privately held homebuilders; office, retail and industrial property users (including high technology, banking, healthcare, food distribution and automotive retailing concerns); and commercial property landlords.
Mr. Ghan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Foundation, which operates several legal education and mentoring programs for the purpose of preventing juvenile crime. Mr. Ghan is also a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Orange County and San Diego Chapters. He has served as an instructor and panelist for classes in commercial leasing and office building service contracts sponsored by the California Continuing Education of the Bar and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles.
