Mr.
Greene is a founding partner of Palmieri, Tyler and a member of the firm's
Management Committee. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford
University (A.B., 1968) and his law degree from Harvard University (J.D.,
cum laude, 1972). He has specialized in real estate law for over 30 years.
Mr. Greene's experience extends to all areas of real estate law. He has
handled all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions,
sales, commercial leases, ground leases and financing. In addition, he has
been involved in preparing project documents and interfacing with state
agencies on real estate matters.
Mr. Greene often deals with the formation of real estate development entities,
and he has handled complex foreclosure-related issues affecting real estate
enterprises.
Mr. Greene is a member of the American Bar Association and the Real Estate
Section of the Orange County Bar Association. He also is a member of the
Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles, and the
Building Industry Association of Orange County.
