Stephen A. Scheck

Mr. Scheck is a partner of the firm. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 1994) and received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D., 1998). While in law school, Mr. Scheck served as an Associate Justice of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board (1997-1998) and was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society (1996-1998).

Mr. Scheck practices in both the real estate and corporate departments. His work in real estate includes the representation of both residential and commercial developers in connection with the acquisition, entitlement, development and sale of real property, as well as commercial leasing work.

Mr. Scheck's corporate work is focused primarily on counseling clients relating to the formation of legal entities and general business representation.
