Dennis G. Tyler

Mr. Tyler is a founding partner of Palmieri, Tyler and serves as Chairperson of the firm's Real Estate Department. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., 1966). Mr. Tyler received his law degree from the University of California at Davis (J.D., 1969), where he graduated first in his class and served as a member of the Davis Law Review.

Mr. Tyler has practiced real estate law in Southern California for over 30 years. He represents homebuilders and land developers in the acquisition and sale of properties to include financing and joint venture documents, subdivisions, governmental and other regulatory agencies, and supervision of construction defect litigation.

Mr. Tyler has served as an instructor for the California Continuing Education of the Bar programs and Building Industry Association seminars regarding Financing and Construction Defect Liability to Homebuilders. He is a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California and Home Builders Council of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Orange County Chapter.
