HEATHER H. WHITEHEAD

Mrs. Whitehead is an associate of the firm.  She graduated from the University of Southern California (B.S., 1998) and received her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D., 2005).  Mrs. Whitehead has also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University (M.B.A., 2001).

Mrs. Whitehead practices in the real estate department where she specializes in the representation of residential builders and developers throughout the development process including acquisition, entitlement, and sale of the homes.  Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Whitehead served as the Director of Risk Management for a large urban infill homebuilder where she managed the company's wrap insurance program and gained valuable experience with respect to entitlement, construction, and insurance issues facing residential builders and developers.  Mrs. Whitehead is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County and American Bar Associations.
