Mr.
Williams is a partner of Palmieri, Tyler. He earned his undergraduate degree
from Yale University (B.A., with honors in philosophy, 1975) and obtained
his law degree from the University of Southern California (J.D., 1978) where
he was a Member and a Note and Article Editor for the Southern California
Law Review. He has specialized in real estate matters for over 24 years.
Mr. Williams has extensive experience in representing both residential and
commercial developers in real property purchase, sale and lease transactions,
and in representing lenders (both institutional and private) as well as
borrowers in connection with real property financing transactions, including
negotiating and preparing real estate purchase and sale documents, leases,
loan documents and joint venture and other partnership agreements. Mr. Williams
also handles foreclosures and loan work-out transactions.
Mr. Williams is a member of the American Bar Association. In addition, he
is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
He also is a member of the Board of Trustees of Atherton Baptist Homes.
