Ms. Wolcott is a partner of Palmieri, Tyler. She earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1976) and obtained her law degree from the University of Southern California (J.D., 1985). She has specialized in real estate matters for almost 17 years.
Ms. Wolcott has significant experience in forming and representing development entities. She often negotiates and documents residential and commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, and financings on behalf of the development entities. In addition, Ms. Wolcott is often involved in handling ground leases, commercial leasing and regulatory work on behalf of these development entities.
Ms. Wolcott is a certified public accountant. She is a member of the American Bar Association and of the Real Estate and the Business and Corporate Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association. |
