Compensation and Benefits

Our firm is committed to attracting and retaining high quality attorneys by offering our associates a competitive salary and benefits package and an excellent environment for the practice of law, while maintaining a high quality of life. Associate salaries and benefits compare favorably with those of other mid-size Southern California law firms and are subject to yearly review.  In addition, associates receive bonuses for meritorious performance.

Associates receive a comprehensive benefit program which includes major medical insurance, disability insurance, group life insurance, 401(k) plan, annual bar association dues, three weeks' vacation, sick leave and reasonable moving expenses.  Medical insurance coverage may also be purchased for spouses or domestic partners, and/or dependent children.  The firm also offers a flexible spending plan that allows eligible employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for a variety of health care expenses.
