Alexandra N. Ardi is an associate at Palmieri Tyler practicing in the Real Estate department, as well as the firm’s Litigation department. Ms. Ardi’s real estate practice includes the negotiation and drafting of agreements, undertaking due diligence, handling financing matters as well as issues related to land use and development. Ms. Ardi also works with the Corporate group where her practice involves corporate governance, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and the formation and organization of corporations, joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ms. Ardi’s litigation work encompasses the representation of clients in matters involving products liability, business litigation and contract disputes.
Ms. Ardi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.S., 2021) and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School with a focus in corporate law (J.D., 2025). While attending law school, Ms. Ardi was a Student Ambassador, a member and representative for the Entertainment Law Society and a quarter-finalist on the Transactional Negotiation Team.
