Anujan Jeevaprakash is an Associate in Palmieri Tyler’s litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at an international law firm where he represented businesses and individuals in complex business and employment litigation matters, as well as provided labor and employment counseling. Mr. Jeevaprakash also has experience serving as in-house legal counsel for a national technology company, where he managed various legal and compliance needs. Mr. Jeevaprakash practices in both state and federal court, and handles all phases of the litigation process including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, substantive pre-trial motion practice, mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trials, and appellate work.
Mr. Jeevaprakash earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Jeevaprakash was a Judicial Law Clerk for Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the California Supreme Court, was inducted into the Order of Barristers, served as a Senior Articles Editor for the U.C. Davis Law Review, and successfully argued an appeal in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
