Brenna N. Arbuckle

Brenna N. Arbuckle is an attorney practicing in Palmieri Tyler’s Estate Planning and Wealth Management group.  Ms. Arbuckle guides clients through all phases of the estate planning process, beginning with essential base planning to advanced planning to trust and estate administration.  Ms. Arbuckle’s practice also includes helping clients implement business succession and advanced planning designed to reduce their estate tax liability and to begin transferring wealth to the next generation.  Ms. Arbuckle prepares trusts, wills, premarital and postnuptial agreements, transfer documents, and other related materials.  Ms. Arbuckle works with clients to ensure each estate plan is designed to fit the clients’ needs.

Ms. Arbuckle graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University Rick J. Caruso School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Arbuckle served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law (JBEL) and received a Certificate in Law and Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine’s Geoffrey H. Palmer Center.  Ms. Arbuckle also graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics.
