Carolyn Hoang Clark is an associate in the Estate Planning Department of Palmieri Tyler. Ms. Clark assists in the preparation of wills, trusts, and premarital agreements. She draws upon her tax background to help clients with wealth planning and preservation.
Ms. Clark graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of California, Irvine in 2009. In 2013, she received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Clark served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Valerie Fairbank, United States District Court, Central District. Ms. Clark was also an associate editor for the Journal of National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary and earned a CALI award for the highest grade in Business Planning. In 2014, Ms. Clark earned her Tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
