Cyril M. Baldovino is an attorney practicing in Palmieri Tyler’s Estate Planning and Wealth Management group. Ms. Baldovino utilizes her background in business and finance to implement multi-generational estate and gift tax planning strategies geared towards minimizing the client’s taxable estate and shifting wealth to the next generation. Ms. Baldovino also assists clients with business succession planning related to family-owned businesses, and advises clients throughout the estate and trust administration process. Ms. Baldovino’s practice includes, among others, the preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, gift tax returns, purchase and sale agreements, business entity formation documents, transfer documents, and premarital or post-nuptial agreements. Ms. Baldovino works closely with clients to ensure each estate plan is specially tailored to the clients’ unique goals.
Ms. Baldovino earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Azusa Pacific University, where she also minored in Business Management. Ms. Baldovino earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Oregon School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review, President of the Law of Intellectual Property student organization
