Jane Donahue Davalos
Jane Donahue Davalos is an associate practicing in Palmieri Tyler's Wealth Protection and Estate Planning and Corporate and Securities groups. Ms. Davalos counsels clients on estate tax planning and business issues including estate tax, gift tax, income tax as well as estate tax return strategy. She drafts comprehensive estate plans and works with various types of tax planning issues including estate administration, charitable gift planning and analysis of income and inheritance/estate tax issues. Ms. Davalos' corporate practice includes drafting various ownership and operating agreements for business entity and real property interests as well as tax-deferred exchanges of property.
Ms. Davalos graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University (B.A. 2007) with a degree in English and her law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law (2012 J.D.). While in school, Ms. Davalos was a Judicial Intern for the Family Law division of the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County.
