Joshua O’Brien represents individuals as well as emerging and matured businesses in commercial and employment litigation matters. Mr. O’Brien practices in both state and federal courts and handles matters involved in mediation and arbitration.
Mr. O’Brien received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter he graduated business school in Madrid, Spain, before earning his juris doctorate from the UC Davis School of Law. He completed law school with specializations in Business and Intellectual Property Law and participated in UC Davis’ Public Service Law Program.
