Kerry Collins is an associate in Palmieri Tyler’s corporate group. Her practice includes corporate transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Collins also works with the real estate group, including the preparation and negotiation of residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and commercial lease agreements.
Ms. Collins received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Southern California (B.A., 2014), her law degree from Boston College Law School (J.D., 2020), and her Master of Business Administration from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management (M.B.A., 2020). While in graduate school, she worked for the Innocence Project and served as president of the BC Marketing Association.
Ms. Collins is an active board member of the Parkinson’s Exercise Program (PEP4U), a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those suffering from Parkinson’s disease.
