Kristen Khair handles all aspects of civil litigation at both the state and federal levels. She represents financial institutions, restaurants, hotels, directors, officers, and other small businesses in a wide range of commercial litigation and employment matters. Ms. Khair has experience in matters involved in mediation and arbitration. Ms. Khair also has experience working on appeals. During law school, Ms. Khair argued a case in the California Second District Court of Appeal and drafted multiple appellate briefs.
Ms. Khair received her undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (B.A. 2018) and her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (J.D. 2021).
