Landon Azling is an associate in Palmieri Tyler’s corporate group. His practice includes corporate transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Azling also works with the real estate group, including the preparation and negotiation of residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and commercial lease agreements.
Mr. Azling received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., 2020) and his law degree from UCLA School of Law (J.D., 2024). While in law school, Mr. Azling was a member of the Business Law Association and the Articles Editor for the Entertainment Law Review.
