Lauren M. Saylor is an associate in Palmieri Tyler’s Corporate group. Ms. Saylor’s Corporate practice focuses on general corporate transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. While in law school, Ms. Saylor was a semi-finalist on the Transactional Negotiations Team and while working as a research assistant, she assisted Professor Therese Maynard in editing the 5th edition of Mergers and Acquisitions Textbook.
Ms. Saylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, from Loyola Marymount University, where she also swam competitively on the Division 1 Women’s Swim Team.
Ms. Saylor earned her Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School, where she pursued a concentration in Corporate Law.
