Lucas Urgoiti is a business litigator who represents individuals, small businesses as well as large, national clients in high stakes, complex business disputes. His cases involve issues concerning real estate, construction, product liability and employment. Mr. Urgoiti handles all aspects of the civil litigation process at both the state and federal level, as well as private arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Urgoiti received his undergraduate degree in Extension Studies from Harvard University (B.A. 2012) and his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (J.D. 2020).
