Nazani N. Temourian
Ms. Temourian represents individuals and business owners in disputes with government agencies over the acquisition of their property by eminent domain as well as inverse condemnation. Ms. Temourian advocates for full compensation for the firm's clients in all aspects of the government takings of private property including business goodwill and severance damages.
Ms. Temourian has experience in all aspects of the litigation process including pre-filing strategy, drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, as well as discovery and evaluating pre-conference damages. Ms. Temourian brings an enthusiasm, attention to detail and thoroughness to all of her cases, which maximizes the client's opportunity for a successful outcome.
Prior to working at Palmieri Tyler, Ms. Temourian was a judicial extern for the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
While in law school, Ms. Temourian was Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review. Other activities included volunteering at the California Academy of Mediation Professionals and serving as the Vice President of the Armenian Law Students Association (2013-14). Ms. Temourian is fluent in Armenian.
