Nicole Fukuoka is a litigator whose practice consists of representing clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters including contract, property, employment and trust litigation matters.  

Ms. Fukuoka has extensive experience litigating cases in state and federal court from the discovery phase through trial.  

Prior to joining Palmieri Tyler, Ms. Fukuoka was an associate at international law firms supporting the litigation and trial practice groups. 

During law school, Ms. Fukuoka was the editor-in-chief of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
