Gregory N. Weiler

Mr. Weiler is an Of Counsel of Palmieri Tyler. Mr. Weiler is a land use attorney who represents clients ranging from individual investors to large homebuilders in administrative and legislative proceedings before cities, counties and other local agencies located in California. An advocate for the rights of property owners throughout the development process, Mr. Weiler has a successful track record of securing entitlements for large-scale master planned communities, infill projects, mixed use and apartment complexes.  He has handled all aspects of real estate transactions from funding, acquisition of land, deal negotiations, and development to the disposition of real estate assets.

Due to his expertise in land use regulation, Mr. Weiler can advise clients on matters involving the Subdivision Map Act, Planning Law, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and California law pertaining to development fees, title review, exactions and dedications.
