Mr. Wiener has specialized in corporate, partnership and tax law for more than 30 years. Mr. Wiener has been involved in the purchase, sale, financing and/or reorganization of many businesses, including more than 100 merger and acquisition transactions. He is skilled at negotiating complex business transactions, and has broad experience working with early stage and middle market clients, as well as major established companies. Mr. Wiener has lectured extensively on legal aspects of business transactions.
