Bethany O. Zoelle is an associate attorney practicing in Palmieri Tyler’s Estate Planning and Wealth Management group. Ms. Zoelle assists clients with all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, premarital and postnuptial agreements and other estate planning, transfer, and corporate documents. Ms. Zoelle also assists clients with trust administration, probate and preparation of gift and estate tax returns. In addition, Ms. Zoelle’s practice includes advising high-net-worth individuals on succession planning and implementing advanced planning strategies to reduce their estate tax liability. Ms. Zoelle, along with the entire Palmieri Tyler Estate Planning and Wealth Management group, works to carefully and thoughtfully curate estate plans individualized for each client.
Ms. Zoelle graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Philosophy. Ms. Zoelle earned her Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
While in law school, Ms. Zoelle served as the Chief Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and received the Outstanding First Year Brief Award.
