A lawsuit filed by Huntington Beach Residents for Equal Treatment (HBRET) against the City of Huntington Beach was featured in the media earlier this week. HBRET is represented by Palmieri Tyler in the lawsuit. The lawsuit seeks, among other things, to void the City of Huntington Beach’s new parking district ordinance and reinstatement of a parking district that was already approved by 81% of local residents in downtown Huntington Beach. Palmieri Tyler Partner Michael Leifer was quoted extensively in the article.
