LITIGATION ASSOCIATE 2-5 YRS

Palmieri Tyler seeks an associate attorney with a demonstrated interest in employment and business litigation for its Irvine office. Applicants with experience in law and motion, written discovery and depositions and wage and hour class actions preferred. 

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
• JD from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of post-bar experience
• Interest and experience in employment litigation

Responsibilities 

• Discovery, law and motion and other case related pleadings
• Legal research and writing
• Court appearances and depositions
• Case management responsibilities
• Client and third-party communications
• Depositions
• Trial Preparation
