Estate Associate Position 

Palmieri Tyler is seeking a full-time associate to work within the estate planning group.  Candidates with 1-3 years’ experience with basic estate planning and tax knowledge.  Candidates must have the ability to comfortably communicate with clients, produce high quality documents, and juggle multiple projects at any given time.   Candidates should also be willing to learn on the fly, accept constructive feedback, and work collaboratively within a team of partners, associates, and paralegals.

Candidates will initially work primarily on drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset transfer documents.  From there, duties will expand into more complex planning tools and concepts.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Salary range:  $165,000 – $185,000
