Corporate Transactional Associate  

The Orange County law firm of Palmieri Tyler seeks associates with one to four years of post-bar transactional experience for its corporate and/or real estate practice groups.  This is a full-time position where the ideal candidates will have general transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.  The ability to work with other team members and take ownership of projects is essential.

Palmieri Tyler offers associates the opportunity to gain significant experience, including the ability to take the lead on smaller matters while also working as part of a deal team on larger transactions.  Associates will have direct and extensive client contact across a wide variety of industries, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with other attorneys and external advisors.

Compensation package includes competitive salary (range $165k – $195k commensurate with experience), benefits and bonus opportunities.
