DOUGLAS PARK MEDICAL OFFICE GROUNDBREAKING

Palmieri Tyler client Laser Care Specialists, Long Beach’s premiere dermatology medical practice group, is a partner in the development of the Douglas Park Medical Office located in the historic Douglas Park development adjacent to the Long Beach Airport. The project groundbreaking took place on Saturday, March 15, and was attended by the Mayor of Long Beach and members of the Long Beach City Council.  Long Beach Gastroenterology Associates has partnered with Urbana Development to develop a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical facility, consisting of two buildings which will house many of the prominent medical groups in the Long Beach area.  Palmieri Tyler partner Dennis Ghan has represented Laser Care Specialists and its principals in connection with all aspects of the real estate development, which expects its first occupancies in early 2015.  We congratulate our clients on this very significant project.
