RIAOC Invites Speakers

Gregory N. Weiler, a partner in Palmieri Tyler’s Real Estate Practice Group, and Norman J. Rodich, a partner in Palmieri Tyler’s Business Litigation Practice Group, recently spoke to the members of the Real Estate Investment Association of California (“RIAOC”).  Mr. Rodich, a business and real estate litigation attorney who represents real estate brokers, agents, and parties to real estate transactions, spoke on broker duties to third parties and dual agency issues.  Mr. Weiler, a real estate transactional attorney, provided an update on recent developments in real estate law.  This was the second time Messrs. Rodich and Weiler have been invited to speak to the RIAOC.
